The Move then Play website is owned by Station SSCA. It provides information about the Move then Play application and plug.

The site offers online purchase of plans for access to the application or purchase of the plug, which are the GoFundMe products.

This policy sets forth the general terms and conditions of use for the Move then Pay Site and other digital platforms related to our products. By browsing this site you agree to the following terms and conditions, which we may freely change at any time

Protection of personal data

We take all reasonable steps to protect the confidential information you provide to us. If you voluntarily submit personal information via email, our forms or by phone, we will only use the information required to allow our team to follow up on your request. 

The use of personal information is governed by laws and regulations that all businesses are required to follow. The personal information we collect is strictly for the purpose of identifying visitors and/or facilitating transactions made through our site. When you sign up for our newsletter, make a purchase, open an account or fill out a contact form, you are providing us with personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, etc. Any information you provide via email, telephone or the website is also personal information.

Your online transactions are secured using standard transmission protocols of our service providers (name them – if only one, name it and adjust the text). 

Our system does not collect payment card numbers. Payments made on our website are processed directly by our service provider Stripe who is the sole owner of your payment card information. 

Automatic collection of information

When you visit our website, we collect certain information automatically through the Google Analytics tool or through log file records. This information includes, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • The IP address used to access the website;
  • The browser configuration and operating system;
  • The configuration of the mobile device at the time the mobile device accesses the website; 
  • Geographic location and data from that location;
  • Pages visited, products viewed and links opened on the website; 
  • The keywords used during a search; and
  • The date and duration of the visit.

However, we do not share this information.

You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking on “Change your preferences or unsubscribe”.


Please be aware that when you visit the Move then Play site, a cookie may be automatically installed on your browser. Cookies are small files that are temporarily stored on the user’s computer hard drive by the browser and are necessary for navigation on the site. Cookies do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify you unless otherwise specified, i.e. when activating a service associated with an account. What do we do with your information?

  • Provide services ( give you access to our application, one of our products or deliver a newsletter).

  • To improve website performance by measuring page navigation frequency, tracking which features are used most often and monitoring traffic. We use the results of the web analytics tool Google Analytics for analysis and optimization of our websites and digital platforms.

Retention of personal information and confidentiality.

We retain information that is necessary to provide our services or for legal or business purposes. This information may be stored in the site management system and is subject to the highest security standards. Information that is not retained is destroyed or deleted.

We treat your personal information as confidential. While it is impossible to guarantee complete protection, we implement all reasonable measures (technical, contractual, administrative and physical) to ensure the protection of users’ and customers’ personal information.

In some cases, we do business with outside service providers who may retain personal information. All of our business partners and suppliers must abide by the confidentiality agreement they have signed. We ensure, to the extent possible, that these external service providers use reasonable means to manage the personal information they retain in accordance with this policy and applicable laws and regulations.  

All data is stored on servers located in a secure location in Canada and complies with applicable laws. All systems are equipped with firewalls that have intrusion detection controls and unified threat management features.
